COURSE DESCRIPTION

MBA in Human Resource or MBA HR programme imparts knowledge and training in managing the workforce of the organization. It is known that every organisation has its unique set of values, visions, ideals, norms, working language, systems and methodology. The role of an HR professional is to develop and manage their company's culture, hire best of the talents and retain them.

The core role of the HR professional is to take care of the welfare of the company’s employees. They are one of the most valuable contributors to the growth and the sustenance of a company.

MBA in HR is one of the most in demand degrees these days - the reason being that every field needs skilled Human Resources professionals to manage the work force. . In this profession, an individual can avail a number of jobs with excellent salary packages. An individual choosing an HR career begins by earning an associate's degree or a certificate - the individual who earns a Master's degree in human relations can get a directorial and senior-level management role.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Candidates applying for MBA in HR management are required to complete a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years’ duration in any discipline from a recognized university.

Total Seats for MBA : 120

Fees : Rs.45,000/- Per Year

SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is applicable to the students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. The scholarship is administered by the Government of Madhya Pradesh based on annual income of the family. Students with family income below Rs. 3,00,000/- are eligible to apply.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ANY SCHOLARSHIP:

  1. Attested photocopy of permanent caste certificate.
  2. Original income certificate / attested photocopy of income certificate.
  3. Attested photocopy of domicile certificate.
  4. Attested photocopy of all mark sheets.
  5. Attested photocopy of gap certificate.
  6. Attested photocopy of admission slip
  7. Declaration by family and student(Format available in college)
  8. Candidates must have Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2.
